Marc Almond – “The Stars We Are”
On heavenly rain
You fell into my life
Unforgettable smile
Unforgettable liesIn the name of the cross
Or a banner of love
With the hand of a friend
Or under a blanket of trustThe angels sighed
A little girl cried
The tears run rings around my eyes
We’re going to set fireTo the house in my heart
We’re going to set fire
To the whole damn world
I don’t understandThe wicked things we do
In the name of the good
In the name of the few
The angels sighedThe little girl cried
The tears run rings around my eyes
Don’t look at me
With your innocent smileWhen the bed is burning
Around my head
When a war breaks out
It’ll be no surpriseYour unforgettable smile
Your unforgettable lies
And I’ve got to stop running
To make my startWe’ve got to get together
Before we fall apart
They’re pulling down the old slums
To build the newThey’re bringing back the old rules
To please the few
In the name of the cross
Or a banner of loveWith the hand of a friend
Or under a blanket of trust
The angels sighed
A little girl criedThe tears run rings around my eyes
Pull down the old slums
To build the new
Pull down the loveI built with you
Promise of tomorrow
You never kept
And you try to burn the house downWhen I slept
The nation’s in disorder
There’s chaos in my heart
We’ve got to get together
Before we fall apart
Gene Pitney – “Anthology 1961-1968”
Don’t mention Donna
When I’m around
When I hear her name
The world just turns upside down
To others Donna mean beauty
Donna means heaven
Donna means ecstasy
But Donna means heartbreak to me
I still remember
Her soft caress
The touch of her lips
And the warmth of her tenderness
To others Donna mean beauty
Donna means heaven
Donna means ecstasy
But Donna means heartbreak to me
She ran around
Like there was no tomorrow
And every boy in town
Knew the thrill of Donna’s kiss
And all the time I thought she was mine
She belonged to everyone, everyone, every, every, everyone
To others Donna means beauty
Donna means heaven
Donna means ecstasy
But Donna means heartbreak to me
Yeah Donna means heartbreak to me

Soft Cell – “Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret”
This tainted love you’ve given
I give you all a boy could give you
Take my tears and that’s not nearly all
Tainted love (oh)
Bonus.
Bonus 3. La remezcla del “Tainted Love” con el “Where Did Our Love Go” es para flipar.
