Prefab Sprout – Music Is A Princess

Prefab Sprout, o para ser más exacto su «frontman», Paddy McAloon ha sido siempre unos de mis favoritos. Algunos de sus discos, «Steve McQueen» («Two Wheels Good» en USA) o «Jordan The Comeback», se encuentran entre esos oasis a los que suelo volver cuando no se donde apagar mi sed de música. Leí una vez que Paddy McAloon es uno de los compositores más infravalorados de las últimas decadas y puede que sea así, el «soplo» de hoy refuerza esa teoría. «Music Is A Princess» es para mi la estrella de un disco, «Let’s Change the World with Music», que incomprensiblemente se pasó 17 años esperando ser editado y es el homenaje del gran Paddy a su gran pasión, la música. Una canción que en mi primera escucha se convirtió en un clásico instántaneo y que ya no ha salido de mi cabeza.
