The Beatles – Girl

Creo que si tuviera que elegir solo una canción de The Beatles, cosa muy pero que muy complicada , elegiría “Girl”. Esta semana con el acuerdo final entre Apple (Inc.) y Apple (corps.) y la aparición en iTunes de todo el catalogo de The Beatles, el mejor grupo musical que jamás existió (y que existirá), han vuelto a sonar en todas partes. Por mi parte ha venido a mi cabeza el lateral blanco de un pupitre en el que, en el año 1981, un niño de 12 años que empezaba a hacerse mayor escribió la letra completa de esta canción con rotulador rojo indeleble.
El nombre de la “Girl” se perdió en el fondo de la memoria, pero no el momento ni la sensación.
Eso son The Beatles para mi, momentos y sensaciones.
